Breakfast was a good variety. This hotel was close to the attractions we were visiting. Very spacious room for the four of us.

I wish we didn't have to pay for parking and if so, not that much. I really would have liked if they had a hot tub.

Location is good. The staff were very friendly.

The hot water took a long time to heat up. The street was noisy at night. There was hair everywhere. The place feels very outdated and could use a renovation.

Friendly staff

Our first room had a broken bathroom door that was very obvious. Not sure why we were given a room that was not guest ready. We were quickly given another room. However, both rooms seemed dark, dirty and just plain old and dated. It's Embassy Suites AND it's Silicon Valley. We expect a higher standard of quality. Carpets seemed like they had not been vacuumed or steam cleaned in a while. One of the desk lights and outlets did not work so I had to get behind the mini fridge to plu in my laptop. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Where do I start. Paid parking - Really? Whatever. The hotel lobby smelled horribly. I have no idea what the smell was but it was atrocious. The lobby is also old dated. Some sparse furniture that looked like it was about to be give to a group of local college students. It also felt like a tomb, no music on top of the smell. Room was beat, I mean beat. everything showed wear and tear or was just out right broken. It was like a hotel the time forgot... not a hotel that was in anyway associated with the Hilton chain. I will not be back.

close to highway and restaurants

too many things did not work in the room first time. had to call front desk several times. First the AC thermostat did not work and the AC made too much noise. maintenance had to be called. Next there was no coffee/tea bags in the room - had to be called. they delivered the pack, but it did not have stirrers, had to be called. The light switch to the rooms is unusual. Turning on the switch as you enter the room does not turn on the lights. you have to then go and turn on a table lamp. so if table lamp is off, the light switch does nothing - how is one to know! called front desk and they did not know - maintenance came and explained it.

Spotless clean. Updated nice bathroom. Heater and AC worked. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! My kids loved the indoor pool because the water was heated. Walk in to a large living room space with couch, table, chair, large TV, microwave, and fridge Bedroom was separated which was a plus with another large TV. Breakfast buffet included.

No jacuzzi in the pool area.
