Fantastic facilities and staff - will definitely choose Hampton Inn again!

This was an excellent hotel. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The facilities are top rate. Really comfortable bed, good breakfast, huge room and nice bathroom. I always really appreciate it when there is conditioner and a proper, real hair dryer (not the wall kind.) I also like the refillable toiletries they offer so they aren't wasting little plastic bottles. I would definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The bed was nice even though it didn’t prevent my back from hurting. I liked that the breakfast ran until 10.

Only three tissues left in the tissue box, it was obvious it was checked brood the way a tissue was arranged on the top. This sucked because we use a lot of tissues. Two towels for two people is inadequate, I use a towel for my body and a yow for my hair. The Food Network channel didn’t work, I like to watch Guy Fieri when I am in the road, so this was annoying. No cookies when we checked in. No water bottles in the room.

We will stay here every time we come to Louisville

Close to food and Walmart and close to the temple we were visiting. The workers seemed happy to be there. The little pond was great with a ton of ducks. The breakfast was amazing!! It was quiet and clean. It was just a great hotel overall

We have rediscovered Hampton!

As always amazing beds! Super walk in shower. Much better than the Hilton Garden we stayed at the day before on the road. You are our new “go to” stop when we head north

The hotel was a relaxing pad after exhausting days of pulling together a wedding!

Loved the cleanliness and facilities outside. I booked this hotel for the relaxing atmosphere outside with the swings. The breakfast offered many options for the three days and was tasty. The staff was friendly and offered to help with anything we needed! I would definitely stay again.

Overall, there is nothing that we lacked. The willow trees around the pond could be trimmed up from the pathway.

I liked the location, how clean things were in the common areas. I liked the staff.

We moved rooms the first day due to the TV not working. They moved us to a room next to the boiler room. Loud noises were heard all through the day and night. Beds were uncomfortable, and the second room did not have as good of air conditioning system.

The only thing that was a little disturbing was there was a bullet hole in our widow. We let the staff know and they said they were so sorry. They wanted to change our room but we said it was OK we just wanted them to know it was there

Lovely but loud. Bring earmuffs.

The beds were immensely comfortable and a delight to sleep in (when we could sleep through the noise), while the room itself was clean and well-furnished. Loved the shower, it was fabulous. Breakfast was nothing special but no complaints, your usual hotel breakfast fare. Staff were helpful and polite.

A big problem with our stay was the noise. It's right next to the interstate and the traffic is quite audible. On top of that, the air conditioner was SO. LOUD. It woke me up whenever it cycled on in spite of my earplugs. When we turned it off, the room quickly became uncomfortably hot and stuffy. If it weren't for that, it would have been a lovely stay.
