Stay was great and so was the staff and vibe just didn’t like the location of room due to the elevator/AC unit noise

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I like the space built-in for luggage. Great location near several food/ store options. We were in town for Louder than Life and it was an easy drive to the festival grounds. The staff was very helpful at check in.

location, price, and room were good. It was mostly very clean

Ants were in our room when we first came and the floor felt a little sticky by my bed. I also noticed there's some wear and tear since I last came a few years ago. Housekeeping was really great until the last day when we came back and saw they left dirty towels out in front of our room and a few others in the hallway which was odd. They also hadn't fully changed out the trash or gave us hand towels that same day.

Well kept foyer, snack area, bar and pool. The fitness room was clean and had functioning equipment. The room was clean and the bed was delightful.

The room HVAC unit was loud and glitchy and it cycled without a pattern. Not a restful vibe during the night.

Safe and comfortable place to stay for single mom with two teens when visiting Kentucky Kingdom.

Safe area of town, friendly staff

No bags in the trash can, I feel guilty making a mess for the maid when I threw away food. The sliding door in the bathroom was VERY hard to push shut.

everything! the amenities, the staff, the laid back vibe, the pet-friendly atmosphere. had a great 6 night stay. no nickel and diming (didn’t even charge a pet fee)!

I wish the pet friendly rooms were on a lower floor so we didn’t have to take the elevator and disturb people who may not like dogs, but can’t think of much else I didn’t like.

I won't do Aloft again. I will go for higher grade hotel.

The location next to a mall was nice and there were lots of eating establishments very close by. Parking was easy and plentiful. The hotel seemed to be generally clean but the room initially smelled like bleach. The smell did dissipate quickly, so it was not a long-term issue. The most notable surprise was the great water pressure in the shower.

I found the whole hotel to be "Budget" minded. The pool was poorly cared for. No complimentary breakfast. Minimalist furniture. Pool table in the lobby but the desk staff did not monitor how children were abusing it. 2 elevators but the call buttons were separate causing a long wait time for the elevator until you figured it out. The hotel seemed like it should have been at a real budget rate due to how it was set up but rates were in the normal range.
