Fair price, and proximity to the REM and Montreal. I appreciated that there was no scent of smoke in the room.
This is a budget motel and that's obvious upon arrival. Dated and a bit grungy. Sheets, towels and comforter had lots of stains. I saw 1 silverfish, however that's not unusual in the summer in an old building so can't really knock them for that. The shower was terrible and barely worked. Took me twice as long as usual to get rinsed due to the barely functional shower. If you're looking for a safe place to stay close to Montreal on a budget, this is the spot. If you're looking for a "nice" place to stay, I would suggest elsewhere.
