Even taking the dollar amount out of the equation it's a great clean property close enough to everything for easy transit
Factor in the price and it's definitely worth the cost especially if you're looking more for somewhere homey to stay like if you want your trip to be about the trip not the hotel then very worth it for out of towners or even ppl from here needing a quick stay
Smoking rooms available but I had to stay in a non smoking room and you can't at all smell cigarettes I've stayed in non smoking before and you can't tell its non smoking (I'm a smoker so like the smoking rooms are a huge plus for me but even if forced to smoke outside it's still worth it)
Quietish like it's not soundproof but pretty quiet kinda like an old triplex apt
I don't drive I can't comment on anything other than there's parking
But the staff is pretty cool I gotta admit I live check-in and check out some places make you feel like they rather you not be not have been there or dont acknowledge you're even human (I've never complained anywhere I base it only on experiences getting or giving keys) but it's always pleasant with the staff all in all the 3 star rating only works if you factor in hotels that have *** rooms and hope the stay is the experience

They claim that u booked something else even if u show on agoda app that u booked other room.
