Convenient location, close to numerous amenities, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centres etc. For us it was a location close to family members. Dogs are allowed with the rooms on the main floor equipped with patio sliding doors giving quick access to your vehicle.
Access to parking lot, pavement could be repaired, pot holes at rear entrance requires attention.

The set up of the room and space for the price was fantastic. The location is pet friendly and the staff was kind and accommodating. Would likely retun again.
I didn't overly like being on the second floor due to mobility issues but luckly it wasnt horrible going up and down the stairs.
However, the pathways and parking lot was very icy and slippery, Could have used a little more salt to avoid slipping. Otherwise happy.

the room is very clean
the front desk receptionist - a middle east woman’s attitude was very bad . I booked the room , I closed a room with pets , but i paid for the room , she told me I needed to pay for my dog extre $50.00 . I didn’t wanted to live here , she told me my charge couldn’t be refunded even I didn’t live there at all . a lior , cheating .
