The location was great and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Location, room, breakfast were all very good.

Dinner could have been better. More choices. The fries were greasy and soft. The person who checked me in did not know my breakfast was included. I checked my booking and had to show it to the front desk the next morning to confirm my breakfast was included.

The property needs a huge update. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, springy and squeaky. The carpets were worn, bed linens were clean but yellowed and just overall the whole place felt old, out of date and not worth the price of space.

Exceptional staff and wonderful, convenient location!!

Prime location in close proximity to the wedding venue we were going to as well as other restaurants and a beautiful view of the Ohio River and bridge. Also, the bell concierge/shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us to our room with our luggage and also shuttled us back and forth from the wedding venue back to the hotel.

Location, close to the action but still secluded. We could view the skyline of Louisville and the Ohio River and river traffic. Close to small but well appointed eatery/breweries. Excellent staff.

Shit absolutely worst stay I’ve ever had

The bed was comfortable other than that absolutely nothing. I’ve been to hotels that cost 30$ a night and they were 100 times better

Just about everything band down the road that you can hear plane as day on the weekend. I had no cold water for about 4 of the 7 days I stayed which typically isn’t the problem but when the water will literally burn you and takes for ever to get cold enough to shower then it’s a problem. The breakfast was like 18$ after paying 200$ a night it also tasted like shit. There was no refrigerator or microwave all and all for the money it was it was probably the worst hotel experience of my life and I’ve been traveling close to non stop for work for the past 7-8 years of my life so I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. I also got stuck in the elevator

Not deserving of the Sheraton name.

Location and price for a Sheraton.

The hotel is old. Two staff members in reception took a lot of time accommodating one customer and kept us waiting for a long period. Then we were charged extra without explaining why. On checkout we got the explanation. No blankets were available, staff stated they were out of any available blankets. The beds were old and mattresses springy and really comfortable.

Overpriced, dated hotel in a great location. Elevators are broken. Pay for breakfast?

I have never stayed at a hotel that charged for breakfast. When I saw the charge on my credit card there was an additional $5 charge. Was that the tip? Because I tipped cash. I left a $5 cash tip, and I was charged an additional $5 on top of the $13 breakfast? I paid $23 for a crumby hotel breakfast!?! The best part was when the elevator stopped working in the morning. Thank God I was only on the second floor! I felt bad for the people on the upper floors that had to carry luggage down several flights of stairs. I can tell that this hotel may have been awesome back in the 80s, but now, not so much. Also, no mini fridge in the rooms and the ice maker was broken. And no coffee station in the lobby.

Fix the elevators for God's sake. Don't charge and overcharge for what should be a free breakfast. Oh, and put a coffee maker in the lobby that customers can access 24 hours. These are very basic things to me.

Great location, loved the view and the value was great!

There was some water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling and also some tile chipping in the bathroom. Things were clean, just outdated. Some carpeting needed changed/cleaned as well.

Overnight stay to see friends and continue on a 5000 mile cross country trip!

Beautiful location overlooking the Ohio River. We were on the 7th floor and had a partial view of the river but was still exhilarating to watch the river, air traffic, and local bridge traffic. Room we think was an ADA room so very spacious, clean, linens and towels very comfortable. The Sheraton fitness center was impressive with a recumbent bike that I used and was in a two room spacious center …..well thought out adjacent to the indoor pool. Gym towels, wipe off cleansing sheets, cold water, mats, weights made it complete.

We really like everything about the property! It was clean and comfortable! The pool was awesome and the hot tub even better! We ate at el nopal and hooters both were yummy! The vibe is so peaceful all around the hotel! I highly recommend!!

It wasn't busy, and the location was great.

The room was too small for 5 people, and they didn't have the extra sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sofa bed ready as I had requested. They did not have enough towels either. The bathroom toiletries were running low, so we had to request toilet paper a couple of times. The room is in desperate need of an update. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the wallpaper was starting to peel. There were no trash bags in any of the trashcans; thankfully, I had spare grocery bags to use.

Abbey Road on the River.

Staff is always welcoming and helped me with any questions or needs I had. Room was very nice and bed was extremely comfortable. I slept in late. I also did appreciate the 12:00 checkout time. I believe last year that check out time was 11:00. I stay at this location every year for Abbey Road on the River and it does not disappoint.

The staff were very friendly! I like how they had a gym, pool and open bar for people to enjoy a nice drink and relax. The view was amazing looking at the river and it was overall a nice comfortable stay.

First hotel out of six we’ve stayed at on this trip that didn’t offer a fridge in the room. Confusion over inclusion of breakfast, seems system not updated to recognise prepaid breakfast ~ felt like the lady on breakfast service thought we’d done a runner when she confronted us upon checkout!
