Shower was not operable. We could not get any help from front desk. Room was clean. Front desk was very rude.

The big comfortable beds and the indoor pool.
No complaints

It was a great location and did the purpose for us to be by our loved one in the hospital.
The tv was broken and the bathtub drain didn’t work. Didn’t get my 100.00 deposit back either!

The smell of weed

Good price, others say the decor is "dated" but I prefer the term "vintage" and it was clean
Nothing bad

They made me a Towel Animal for my birthday. <3
Some areas were a little dirty - elevator, pool had black walls

I like the location of the hotel because when I’m in town, I am in Clarksville and Louisville, so the location is perfect.
My room was far away from the front and I’m a senior with emphysema.

It was close to where I needed to be for an event
This property is super old and needs to be repaired. Bathroom everything needs to be done smelled like gasoline.
4.0 / 10.0
The bed was comfortable
There was hair on the hair dryer.
The walk to the rooms was ridiculous and you couldn’t park outside close. The carpet was coming up and hunched in places.
The lobby and pool section is a fake to the rooms. The lobby makes it look like the rooms are updated and nice. Just to walk the long walk to nothing.

The picture in booking.com doesn’t match the actual property
How bad the room and the whole property looks. It needs a lot of maintenance.
6.0 / 10.0
The room was very large and there was plenty of parking. The showers had great hot water and pressure.
We were told when checking in it wasn't recommended to use the side doors because the key cards get messed up sometimes. There was construction by our room. We had to walk through the pool area to get to our room with an overwhelming chlorine smell. The carpet seemed like it was long overdue for being replaced. It was an adventure each day to see how many towels and wash rags and floor mat we would get. As an example they would take 2 towels and leave only 1 (for 2 registered guests)

everything. hotel's nasty and room's loud

I enjoyed the location and the connected restaurant, and I loved the cozy, Tuscany-style vibe of the hotel. The indoor pool area was beautiful, and the fact that the hotel sits right on a large body of water made the scenery so pretty. Overall, it felt peaceful, quiet, and very homey.
The only issue I had was that my room didn’t have any heat, and it blew out cold air all night, so I had to layer up.

The parking lot was easy to get too the staff was nice and it the hotel overall was clean from what we could see at least in the main building.
I would have preferred to have been given a room on the first floor since I was on crutches at the time we had to walk all the way to the second building, But we prevailed and made it work. Hotel for the most part was convenient and easy to get too.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, food, location
Nothing will b staying there for my next 2 concerts
7.0 / 10.0
Location, staff
The rooms ever comfortable but very out dated at least where i stayed. The lobby was beautiful and restaurant and lounge pleasant. Very big pool people seemed to enjoying.
Bathroom small, room small. Carpet old. With such a fancy lobby area I expected a more modern room.

It was easy to check in
It says breakfast Ala Cart and continental , I didn`t realize it was going to cost $14.95

Felt safe, great view of pond,
Pool wasn't clean enough, tub had peeled paint.

The front desk staff was nice. The room was spacious and we didn’t hear anyone making any noises.
No matter the time of day or where you were in the hotel it was 100% marijuana smell everywhere. Even stepping out to our balcony our neighbors were partaking. Didn’t really bother us because once in the room you couldn’t smell it.

It’s a nice facility just need some maintenance
We couldn’t get into our room. Keycard didn’t work we had to keep going to get the front desk attendant

Great price, good location & room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a king bed and it was firm which my husband prefers. Good water pressure and heat. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Some noise from the highway but not excessive.
Room was definitely dated. Cracked tiles, burn in carpet. A.c. smelled a bit musty at first but then cleared up. Pillows on the bed were strangely sized. 2 standard, 3 almost throw pillow sized - they were functional but not great. Fridge in unit was noisy but worked well.

Had a great stay
Having to switch rooms when we kept booking after our leave date.

Location
Dated, in need of an remodel . Loud noises throughout the night

The employees were ALL super nice! With it being full because of a festival, they could have easily been overwhelmed but they were EXCELLENT!
Although the AC worked very well and the water was amazingly hot, it was "sticky" in the room. Like the humidity made everything wet including clothes and bedding.
Also, we had an INVASION of ants. It was terrible! We'd clean them up to come back to them in full force.
3.0 / 10.0
The lobby was pretty
The rooms were disgusting. There was mold in the bathrooms, the floors were dirty, the sheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh and clean, the walls were gross

Not much was redeeming about this location. Not only was everything out of date and many things broken but it was dingy and unattended to. One employee, Kimberly, tried very hard to be accommodating but as the only competent person working at the desk she was spread too thin.
It was a uninspired staff other than the one woman I mentioned above. Check in was hell, I had to move out of my room because there was no HVAC, and communication overall was terrible.

I enjoyed the pool. Bed was comfy
Breakfast was $15 per person and couldn't compare to most free breakfasts. Not as much offered. The layout is weird. It's kind of run down.
8.0 / 10.0
The pond area was nice to sit outside and watch the ducks and turtles.
It had an indoor and outdoor pool.
Having to walk a long way just to get to the elevator the AC in my room didn’t really blow cold enough it stayed off for the longest before coming back on. There was no fresh rolls of tissue paper it was two rolls that had been used I’m sure with other people staying in that room had to go and buy some for my stay. No microwave. Needs some updating. New carpet throughout

Nothing
This place is a total dump. The parking lot and interior were full of shady people and vehicles. One car was sitting on blocks. The pics on the website are strategically done to downplay the crumminess of this property.
We asked the staff to cancel our reservation 20 minutes or so after we made it, there was no way I was going to stay the night in this dive. They did, Refund was requested but not issued.

Huge! Comfortable seating everywhere. Two pools!
A little old, but well maintained. You can tell that back in the day, this was a high-end, luxury hotel. They had to get very strict on their rules, like no pool parties, obviously because there has been problems there in the past.
