Lovely Riad! Marrakech was a great city to visit
The lock on our room wasn't working appropriately. We got locked inside after entering and had a yell for help. The lock was supposed to get fixed while we were out touring the next morning so we were asked to leave our key behind. Upon return the new staff member working the desk had no knowledge of this and took about a half hour to let us into our room we didn't have a key for anymore. A fair bit of time wasted but things happen.

Location was superb for exploring Marrakesh.
It’s down little alleys and is like an oasis when you walk in! Beautiful.
Our room was perfect for what we needed, very traditional and very clean.

It is very difficult to find the property. Parking is far away, and if you are travelling with family or children, reaching the property becomes even more challenging. It is located in a dark, narrow lane, which makes it hard to access. No one from the hotel assists with luggage or provides guidance on how to reach the property. They also do not help with finding nearby parking options. There is no proper window for ventilation, and the pictures do not reflect the actual environment.
