Loved everything about this place. The room, staff, facilities, location, breakfast, was all incredible and they were super accommodating to our late check in time.
Only thing to consider is that there is no key to the main entrance, it is always staff (24hr reception) that will let you in upon request. It wasn’t never a problem but it’s just

Great location with an ATM inside. They arranged our airport pickup, which made our arrival very convenient. The property has a beautiful traditional design and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help, especially Murad, who provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day.
The only downside was that laundry facilities were not easily accessible.

Room especially beds very comfortable. Some of the staff were really helpful and sociable.
Breakfast was pretty awful. Tea and coffee undrinkable. Spa hadn’t opened yet we weren’t advised. Booked into the spa without realising we’d be sent elsewhere. Treatments were ok but pool too cold to swim and dirty. No changing rooms and pool area was a staff thoroughfare. Misled on other excursions obviously just to get a sale. Don’t get the hotel to arrange airport transfers. You’ll be left at the airport when you arrive and you’ll miss your flight on the way home.
