We had excellent two days at Riad Zaki. This Riad is situated right on the road, so getting taxis was very easy. Breakfast is served on the rooftop in a beautiful setting. Shout out to Houda and Abdul as the excellent hosts. Unfortunately spa was under renovation, but Houda arranged for traditional Hamman at a place within 2 min walking distance

Lovely big room. Air conditioning was on when we arrived and bottled water supplied - both were appreciated.
Abdu at reception was welcoming and friendly and super to deal with.
Riad was beautiful and clean.
Although accommodation was on a busy road it did not disturb our sleep.
Lemon cake at breakfast was the best we've eaten during our trip.
The colored glass on the windows added character but did make the room rather dark.

Our stay at Riad Zaki was truly enjoyable. The riad combines traditional Moroccan architecture with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, offering a relaxing escape in the heart of Marrakech.
A special thank you to Wasil at the reception, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. He was always ready to assist and ensured everything was perfectly arranged.
We highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Marrakech.

Room especially beds very comfortable. Some of the staff were really helpful and sociable.
Breakfast was pretty awful. Tea and coffee undrinkable. Spa hadn’t opened yet we weren’t advised. Booked into the spa without realising we’d be sent elsewhere. Treatments were ok but pool too cold to swim and dirty. No changing rooms and pool area was a staff thoroughfare. Misled on other excursions obviously just to get a sale. Don’t get the hotel to arrange airport transfers. You’ll be left at the airport when you arrive and you’ll miss your flight on the way home.
