A lovely restored house in the village of Ponta do Pargo. Walking distance to three restaurants and a great breakfast/brunch place Gato Legal. House has a private parking and is tucked above a very quiet side street. Excellent views over the ocean and towards spectacular sunsets. Ground floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom, main floor with a living room, kitchen and a second bathroom plus a double bed in a loft. Best asset is the garden, both the screened part and the outside grassy area. Owner very attentive, willing to help with recommendations and suggestions.

No remarks at all, we would love to stay longer!

Very nice riad with a great owner/manager. We were happy to stay in the less commercial riad, without bars and restaurants, as it was very authentic feeling.

We liked everything except the noise coming from street the riad located at. Across the road is a very popular rooftop bar and we could hear music and cars coming/leaving.

Beautiful and well maintained. Nice breakfast, easy check-in and great location.

I was excited to see the bathtub advertised; however, it is not usable as a bathtub so this is misleading. They also limit how much hot water each room has. The AC in our room was far too noisy to use. The property has very strict rules. I was incredibly sick with a high fever, body aches, headache and nausea on check-out day, and the manager would not allow any flexibility in check-out time, which was very disappointing considering my condition.
