About this apartment rental

Distributed in two floors. In the first one is the kitchen, the living-dining room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. On the top floor, a large private solarium terrace to sunbathe. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, blender, and everything you need to cook and eat. In the living area there is a wood burning fireplace, very pleasant to use in winter, as well as electric radiators in all rooms. The apartment is very sunny.

The property felt like home from home and was perfectly presented in layout . The two terraces were a real bonus. It was well equipped and the owner was always available via message if i had any queries. The location was perfect between Javea Port, Javea Old Town and the Arenal and having stayed in many Javea apartments over the years this felt the most loved homely and well looked after.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, besonders die Balkone mit Aussicht, nur das Bad und die Küche sind sehr alt. Man muss Gas anschalten um zu kochen und warmes Wasser zu haben, das ist sehr altmodisch.
