The photos don’t show how modern and lovely the apartment is.
Spotlessly clean.
Fully equipped.
The strict rules of the pool.
No ballgames
No inflatables
No alcohol
People weren’t friendly and we felt uncomfortable as though we were in the way .
We left our towels one day while we ate in the room and one of the residents was complaining about it even though no one else was at the pool so there was plenty of room.
Cold showers after 5 pm
Hard beds .

Good location and pool was nice but facilities in apartment were pretty poor. Ironed board broken. No toaster or electric kettle. Decor and furniture was a bit dated. Behind the bedside tables it needed a good clean

Location was great, a lovely little walk down the marina to get to arenal beach. The apartment was a lovely size overlooking the pool, very clean and had a warm homely feel.
Was a slight pain having the key collection a taxi journey from the apartment. The shower in main bathroom was not draining properly and would have flooded if you took a shower, when I called up about this I was told someone would be out the next morning but nobody came, this meant we had to share the shower in the ensuite which was difficult for my mother in law with mobility issues to step into and out of the bath.

The apartment location
The apartment needs a refresh and modernisation. The kitchen equiptment is old and mismatched and there is no electric kettle. The beds are uncomfortable and only a sheet left ( blankets in cupboard had not been refreshed between guests ).
The pool was out of use for 2 full days with no explanation as to the problem.
The bathroom tiles had mould and old showerheads
