About this apartment rental

This modern and spacious 2nd floor apartment comprises:
Entrance Hall.
Large Lounge/Diner which is equipped with dining table, six chairs, two sofas (one a sofa bed), Satellite TV(English/Spanish Channels), DVD player, Private and Communal WiFi.
Modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and washing machine and has its own door leading to the sun terrace.
Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.
Second bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and shower.
Large south facing sun terrace (with dining table and chairs) which overlooks the beautiful private gardens and large communal swimming pool with children’s paddling area.
(Electric fans and electric radiators are also provided.)
Sun loungers and deck chairs also provided.
There is underground on site parking available on request, outside of the complex there is front and back street parking.

On the day of arrival you will be met by the housekeeper who will exchange the keys and show you around the apartment.

Situation: Javea is an excellent family holiday location. The Playa Arenal has a large sandy beach with play areas for both toddlers and teenagers. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire on a daily basis. Snack bars and restaurants line the promenade and overlook the beach. The shallow clear water of the Mediterranean allows for safe swimming under the supervision of lifeguards
Mundomar marine park, Vergel Safari park and the new Terra Mitica theme park are within half an hour's drive. The coastline in this part of Spain is studded with charming coves and bays.
Jávea Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away and towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole course.

You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia for the nearest Airports and Javea is around an hours drive from each airport.

Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location for access to the Grava and Arenal areas of Javea and their many restaurants and shops. Parking is safe plentiful around the accommodation and in an underground car park.

Wonderful stay in Javea Port, the apartment is in a great location just a block from the sea and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday including beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment feels airy and bright with a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool.

Bolonia apartments is a pleasant holiday location. The house is well furnished, balcony overlooks the garden with swimming pool. Kitchen equipment is very complete.Bathroom is somewhat outdated, but everything still works well.There is only one disadvantage: the building is very noisy. In your apartment you hear a lot of sounds made by your neighbors: loud talking, TV, pipes, etc.

This apartment is in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to the port with all its lovely restaurants. Taxis and buses are close by if needed but half an hours walk and we were at the arenal Sandy beach with more lovely places to eat. The apartment was home from home with comfy beds and settees and everything we needed. We’d certainly like to stay there again.

Lovely apartment sat in a quiet residential area, close to beach and plenty of good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, including a hair dryer and basic supplies such as washing up liquid, hand wash, etc. And a welcome pack was left for our arrival, which was great. The only negative we would give is there was only one bath towel each to last the whole week, but this is only a small negative. Overall we had a fantastic week.

We stayed at Jon Warner apartment which was very nice and clean with clear instructions on just about everything you would need to know. The apartment has everything you would need right down to the shopping trolley (a little god send) for the water run. The communication between myself and Jon was excellent if I had a question he quickly answered it. I will most definitely stay there again providing Jon will want to welcome us back. If I had to say something that could do with improving it would be picking up the keys and checking time,

We had a great stay in this apartment. Not our 1st time in Javea but the 1st in this apartment. It is in an ideal quiet location just a 5 minute walk from the harbour area. 15 minutes to Arenal. The apartment was clean and spacious with the balcony looking out over the gardens and pool area. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment and hope we will be back soon.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was comfortable. It was easy to park in front of the residence, which is safe and convenient. The host is very dedicated and answers our questions promptly. The owner provides a breakfast kit for your welcome. It's rare to find this in a rental! Javea is a beautiful place. We discovered coves with beautiful landscapes! In the evening, we went for walks on the bay of Arenal beach enjoying good ice cream and admiring the beautiful sunsets. We will be back with pleasure!

We had a lovely 10 day stay. The weather was fabulous for the end of November and the apartment met all of our needs. Great spot with the sun on the terrace virtually all day! We really appreciated the welcome pack of food and water.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here, and each time has been better than the previous, the apartment is functional, there’s not a thing you need (barring more comfortable dining chairs on the balcony, but that could be down to olde bones). Proximity to the beach whether it’s the stony port or golden sand of arenal is ideal, Javea has something for every one. Will definitely book again….

The Spanish Costa Blanca has 2 faces.Sunny and warm during the day, but chilly during the night. Accomodation with appropriate heating is therefor a must. This rental appartement is 'top of the bill' for our winter time stay. Nice and spacious sun facing and sheltered balcony. Comfortable living room with all facilities like TV and wifi (1 user). 2 bedrooms with nice non-noisy beds. Bit short (190cm) for us tall Dutchies though. The appartement came with a special feature: a 'warm welcome' essential shopping-package with coffee, tea, bread etc. Although the supermarkets are literally around the corner (10 mins walking), on arrival you can first relax from the trip and make yourself comfortable. No negative comments? In fact only 1. The sound of the neighboors' (up and aside) daily affairs and activities (toilet) is sometimes quite loud. In our case the lady upstairs must have been walking on wooden cloggs by the sound of it :-) For us no reason NOT to book this appartement again in the future. Just being honest. We stayed five weeks from mid december till mid January. The apartment have all what’s advertised. We had five weeks of sunny weather without a drop of rain during the day. Supermarkets and restaurants on walking distance. We kept the various rooms warm in the evening with several electrical heating units. A point of attention is the wifi. Only one device can be logged in at the same time.

If you want the more resort elements for you visit, than the arenal area is just a 15mins walk along the beach road. Really is perfect in every way.

Fantastic, spacious apartment with all the amenities that you could need. Only a short walk to Javea port with great restaurants and bars. Location is ideal with very little noise pollution. The apartment complex was quite quiet when we went at the end of June, and the pool area was lovely and calm with few people around, particularly in the afternoon during siesta time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, pool during the day and a relaxing evening sat out on the balcony once it had cooled down. The only downside for us was that it appears only one device can log in to the WiFi at a time. Wasn’t the end of the world, but one of our party had to work whilst away, and needed the WiFi on her laptop and work phone at the same time (phone didn’t have data), had we known previously we’d have been prepared for it, but was a bit frustrating at the time. Having said that, we still had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend it to others, and return again to the apartment in the future!
