Passable

It had mould in the bathroom, the shower Rail fell off , the description of the accommodation is incorrect. Stated 24 hour reception , there wasn't a reception at all. All of the descriptions about the place was wrong. It says it us by the beach it wasn't. We payed for towels , they were hand towels. Very unhappy as we went there for a rest after my wife was recovering from Cancer and it was her 60th birthday .

Really enjoyed staying in this well located, peaceful and well equipped apartment.

Lovely quiet residential location, near the beach and shops.

It would help to have a small information pack about the shops, recycling etc. And the wifi password readily available.

Great location, Great value, Good for a family

The location was very good with the sea steps away and an easy walk to the Port or to the Arenal where restaurants and shops are abundant. There was also a well equipped supermarket only a few minutes up the road too. The apartment was bigger than I expected and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We did not cook more than breakfast and a snack but we found all we needed in the kitchen.

Change position of the shower head to the head of the bath, so that there is more room to manoeuvre while showering. A more family friendly selection of dvds.

Spacious apartment, well appointed, great location, excellent host !!

Alfredo the host was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is well appointed with everything necessary for a group visit. Excellent location midway between the Port and the Arenal. The private pool has been recently upgraded. Chair lift facilities for access to upper floors for the less able. Beds were very comfortable !!!

No power point at ground level for re charging mobility scooter (fairly easily overcome with extension cable) - otherwise all good.

Un excelente verano

Muy bien organizado el piso, a pesar de no tener vistas o no estar en primera línea de playa está super bien comunicado, la playa está muy cerca puedes ir andando y cuenta con supermercado y farmacia a menos de 5 minutos caminando, tiene una terraza que es muy agradable, ideal para familias, cuenta con lavadora y secadora, cocina muy espaciosa y cómoda.

Mooi appartement. Rustig gelegen. Alles aanwezig. Prima bedden. Goede locatie tussen haven en El Arenal.

Het appartement zou een keer flink moeten worden schoongemaakt en opgefrist. Ook kleine reparaties zoals kapotte lampen. Ophanging douchekop. Ook een nieuwe bank zou goed zijn. Is voor weinig geld te koop bij de CARIDAD in Javea. Ik heb de airco's in de woonkamer en de gebruikte slaapkamer schoongemaakt. Het koffie apparaat , de wasautomaat en droger. De haardroger. Alles was vies of lang niet gebruikt. Ook een advies: de grote eettafel op het balcon verwijderen en daarvoor in de plaats de hockers zetten. Veel meer ruimte.
