    Front desk staff not friendly. Room cleaners and butler nice. Worst pull-out bed mattress ever. Door handles not working smoothly. Initially told we would have to pay extra to have the pull-out bed set up even though we had booked for three adults (one adult son). Finally, we weren’t charged for it but we were charged $50 for three bottles of water in a room that cost almost $600 Canadian per night. Pool paint peeling off. Afternoon tea very nice experience. Skip the stay - just go for the afternoon tea. Seems too dependent on the history - living in the past - not mindful enough of the present.
