    I had two separate bookings for a total of 4 nights. After the first night, I had to waste 2 hours of my time transferring from one room to another 5 floors down. I was given an upgrade for this. The next day, there was a mix up and house keeping threw out some of my fridge contents. I was compensated for this also. Only the higher end rooms have been renovated. My first room was sticky in places and the kitchen cupboards were in rough shape. I did not have hot water for my 11am shower. The pool is not open. Make sure that the amenities that you want are available before you book. Now on to the positives. My second room was amazing. It was clean, bright and had been updated. The beds were comfortable and the rainfall shower was nice. The location is fantastic and the city view is nice. The best thing of all was the staff. They are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to be accommodating. I felt welcomed upon my arrival at 9pm. Overall, I would return here again just because of the staff, from Front Desk to Housekeeping. Is it worth over ***? IMO, it is not, however, I booked over 3 months in advance and did not pay that. I would recommend if you can get your room in the *** range.

    The pictures are more elegant then the suite. The kitchen was set up well with all the basics. If kitchen is important to you , you can save money. Kuerig coffee maker can save a lot of hassle. Air condicioner was slow to cool the suite down. I was on a very high floor . The parking charge is higher then municipal parking. The place was clean the bed was ok.
