    We stayed in the suite from July 7-14. The place is well equipped, good location, and the company was very responsive to any questions I had. We had a small issue trying to retrieve the key from the lockbox but realized we should try any of the 4 located in the stairwell . We would definitely stay at the Teahouse Suites in Toronto again.

    My unit was double booked. I informed the GlobalStay staff that there was someone already inside and they told me to evict them! I asked for someone to come help because it was late at night and I did not have any other accomodations option. They just gave me a smaller unit, way smaller. And I asked for a partial refund and the just ghosted me. They do not answer the phone nor the messages. And they also charge extra fees additional to what you see here. So don't book here. Worst experience in all my travels.
