    Compact unit with gorgeous views from higher floors. It can't house 4 ppl, regardless of being adults or kids, has only one queen bed (not king as stated) and one sofa bed which is not sleepable. But great location overall - walkable or accessible to all major downtown attractions. Subway is just right about the corner, streecars in the adjacent road and buses right in the front of the unit. Parking is available but not assured, doesn't matter though as the public parking is closeby and just few steps away. Indoor suite facilities - cutleries, washer, fridge, laundry were spot-on with no complaints. Overall - its an expensive stay, not recommended for families but manageable. Great unit for couples though.

    We stayed in the suite from July 7-14. The place is well equipped, good location, and the company was very responsive to any questions I had. We had a small issue trying to retrieve the key from the lockbox but realized we should try any of the 4 located in the stairwell . We would definitely stay at the Teahouse Suites in Toronto again.

    Sneaky cleaning fee was demanded before you are allowed to check in. The invoice said $60 but they demanded $90. There was no answer as why the difference. Only told me that I cannot check in unless I pay the cleaning fee. But they want me to do the cleaning when checking out too. Put towels in the washer and run it before I left. Why am I paying for cleaning again? The cheap price you see is not the price you pay. Save your money and stay at a hotel instead. It's not really cheaper than a hotel and the service is below par
