I recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Toronto’s Entertainment District. The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown and within easy reach of many restaurants, cafés, museums, attractions and shopping areas. It made exploring Toronto extremely convenient.
The staff were friendly, professional and especially helpful. When I experienced a problem with the Wi-Fi disconnecting, I contacted the front desk and someone came to assist within about 10 minutes. The issue was quickly resolved, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the combination of the prime location, convenient surroundings and excellent service made my stay very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting downtown Toronto.

The standards and quality of the facilities comparing to high price was very low, the primary things necessary for a platform to be responsible for was not meet such as the color of the towels which was all dark colors which is not acceptable of a platform, the guest does not get the sense of cleanness, the washing tablets for dishwasher and washing machine, only 2, no cleaning or change of sheets, which for 10 nights it is very necessary, the window glasses from the balcony was super dirty, while other glasses which was a part of building responsibility were ok and many other things that would make the stayuch pleasant comparing to the high price. And please mention in the platform any facilities and description of the property with details, photos are not enough, the overall cleaning was very basic and not satisfying, (oil on the stove panel, and dust on the electric kitchen facilities, lack of glasses, only 3 one was cracked , kitchen faucet was very loose.....
