It's clean and new

Absolutely appalling experience. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied—someone else's luggage and clothes were in the room. Shocked and uncomfortable, we immediately returned to the front desk. The staff admitted it was their mistake, blaming a “very big party of tourists” for the mix-up. But instead of properly fixing the issue, they told us there were no other rooms available except for a king bed room, which was not what we booked. Even worse, the manager, known by many reviews for his bad attitude, spoke to us over the phone in a rude and dismissive tone. He said we had only two options: accept the wrong room without any compensation, or cancel our reservation altogether. That’s it. We had flown over 600 miles from Seattle, exhausted after a long trip, only to be met with such unprofessional and disrespectful service. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was greeted with a young lady who was very helpful I asked about a late check out cause I was attending a funeral she had no problem helping me with my request

The price of the room

Plenty of parking, great location, front desk personnel (Amanda) was awesome, friendly and courteous!

WiFi did not work, bedsheet was not completely clean and there was a small some sort of blood stain on one of the pillow.

The front desk personnel (Yu) was excellent, I was treated as a VIP, thank you!

New front desk personnel might need more training.

Staff was not present when I was checking in nor checking out and there was no way to get them to come to the front desk. I had to wait for a while before anyone showed up to help me. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane engine. Couldn't leave it on while trying to sleep.

The location is great with many restaurants and a supermart just across the road. Room is comfortable. Amanda, the morning shift Front Desk Manager was polite and helpful.

Jacky, the afternoon shift Front Desk Manager was unfortunately disappointing and not helpful at all. I was unable to sign in for wifi connection and asked her to check whether she has keyed in my surname correctly on registration or not. It was later discovered that yes, indeed my surname was wrongly keyed in. Instead of accepting her mistake, she said that was the surname (the wrong one) I used for booking. How can I forget my own surename and also, she checked my passport when I checked in. Amanda, on the other hand, always wear a smile and makes the guests feel that they are welcomed.... but certainly not Jacky!
