Newly renovated room look nice. Big tv, newly renovated bathroom super nice. Been here many times before Covid, but now after renovations much better. Unfortunately bottle water only for those Hilton tier silver and above. Water pressure are low.

Plenty of restaurents around. Also shopping market is at walking distance.Cordial staff, cleanliness, everything is good.

I reserved a room of 2 queen beds but entered the room to find there was only a king bed. The staff (another one for the night shift) switched a 2-bed-room for us. Though we have 4 people, the room only provided 2 bottles of water. I told my son to ask for additional bottle water the next morning, and he was told that it needed an additional charge. Later, I asked the service person at the reception if I could get some hat water or cold water, she said that cold water was not available, and I would need to wait for 10 minutes to get hot water. I even couldn't get a cup of coffee because it was served until 10 am only, and it was 10:10 am already. In our this family, we stayed at 5 different hotels, and this is the worst experience we had. We also stayed in another two hotels by Hilton, and they served coffee and hot water all day long.
