It is clean and convenient.

The sink could have worked better. Hard to cut off.

I had a period accident on sheets and my 200 deposit was used from debit card. It wasn't bad would of washed out with bleach. The sheets were white and garbage in trash. I thought that's why maids come at 11 check out.

The staff are very friendly and professional. I was checked in without any fuss and was able to get my room quickly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The morning breakfast is minimal at best but I understand it is a just a quick bite to be on your way. The elevator is rather slow and could use some updating.

The hotel looked ruff. Run down, old and seems like they just want the money. I would not recommend this hotel if you have small children due to the neighborhood its located in.

I did not agree with the location and breakfast.

The only thing I somewhat liked is the general location of the property because It’s nearby shopping plazas, and coffee shops.

Our first impression of the property was the person at front desk, very general info provided to us very minimal conversation, clearly didn’t want to be assisting. Most places will verbally direct you to your room or where to park, he did not I instead had to ask. All in all, he spoke twice to ask for my ID/Card and to give breakfast times. We then pulled around back there was loud music playing and men hoping the wall looks like directly behind the hotel parking there is a homeless campsite. When entering our room, there was a strong order which we had to leave our door open to clear out which was also uncomfortable because there were many other guests passing loudly. The beds are very loud, you can sit and a spring will pop or squeak. Again with the guests, they were very loud and the walls are so thin so we could hear everything at night we did not sleep at all. Once we finally started to sleep this morning, we can hear housekeeping repeatedly knocking on another nearby door trying to do their job (understandably) but just to show how thin the walls are and how you will hear EVERYTHING here. There was some kind of plastic left in the tub and the tub also did not fill up. The bathroom light cannot turn on without also turning the fan on, so be prepared when trying to use the bathroom quietly if you’re staying with multiple people. The fridge was clean, the beds were also clean enough.

Clean rooms, convenient location, ample parking. It was my second long-term stay and I was very happy with it.

It didn’t stated there will be a parking charge of $40 per night when I book it until all confirmed, than the check in date they email to me about the additional parking charge of $40 if I park my car in there property !

The customer service

I liked the value. I liked the quietness of the empty parking lot.

Breakfast didn’t have milk for the cereal and when asked 3 times for them to refill it they said they couldn’t after waiting 30 minutes for it. I also didn’t like the staff because they are so unhelpful and will start helping other people while you are there still waiting on them to help you. Also elevator is not up to code.

Very close the the downtown, traffic was OK. there are plenty of parking space. Room is also big enough. but bed is too soft. pillow was too high. there is a pizza store near by . so that we can get food easily.

The neighbor of the room seems a kind of dealer of something. many people come to knock the door loudly. many people come and go during late night. No Elevator.

Front desk staff. Checking out, the receptionist just gave me a quick glance without even getting up from his chair, then just continue whatever he is doing on his phone. Not a Hi/ hello can I help you. Bad customer service service. I needed a receipt.!!!!!! Office chair in the room is so worn out. Its cover is so peeling off. I’ve been staying here everytime I’m the area, but this is the worse stay I’ve ever had on this facility. So disappointed especially with the front desk when I’m checking out!

Stayed 6 days. Good size room and bathroom. Comfy bed, strong ac, good choices of channels on TV. Clean pool. Nice breakfast with great coffee. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend it. Location was a little out of San Jose but the drive wasn't bad. Wonderful restaurants around.

We checking in around 10 pm , the check in process was very slow. The beds were ok , bathroom was ok as well. The fridge was leaking. One of the rooms had previous guests food left. No locks on bathroom door.

The property was well maimtained, nice setup and quiet. The young lady who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. Very polite. The room is comfortable. Lovely stay. Breakfast starts at 5 instead of a lot of places that do 6. So that is a plus (i leave by 5:30).

No coffee pot in room, no hand towels and no coffee in lobby.

Room felt comfortable. Comfortable and clean beds.

The area was unsafe and dirty. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. We paid for a room with two queen beds and were given a room with one bed and told they were sold out and nothing they could do. One of our guests slept on the couch. They ran out of linens so we had one blanket and no pillows.

Bugs on the bed, we didn’t get our room until 6:30 pm And got there a little after 3 We asked to speak to a manager and were given no compensation. Breakfast ENDS at 9 am. Towels were dirty with makeup from previous booking.

There is plenty of parking and location is good. You are near food and entertainment.

The breakfast was more like a snack. They ran out of milk, coffee, and hard boiled eggs. There was no one paying attention to this. The breakfast area is very outdated. The room was acceptable, lighting was dim, light switches old and barely functional. The WiFi was sluggish at best and would lose connection frequently. The TV can't hook up to the WiFi or your Internet not allowing you to stream anything or mirror from your device. I had a king bed which has pillows that are more of a decorative size pillow and they are not very comfortable.

The bed, ac, fridge, microwave oven, and wifi were great. The TV was good but rarely watched. The lighting was fine. The shower was an interesting experience. Places to eat/buy food were nearby. The free breakfast was nice. Short drive to Great America.

Everything was really good. I liked staying there. I saw some bad reviews about it and was expecting bad services. But our experience was quite good. The room was clean and they cleaned it every day. We slept well as the hotel wad pretty quiet . My only problem was the breakfast. They provide you complemetary breakfast but these are store brought bagels, yogurts and chocolate bread etc and everything has high sugar which I hate. I know they spend a lot to provide their guests these but breakfast should be savory. I wish they would make some scrambled eggs instead. The coffee was good.

my room was just opposite the elevator and vending machines..so noisy.
