The property is beautiful, comfortable beds in spacious rooms. You can see the efforts put into making sure there is everything at hand for the guests to have a comfortable stay.
The back steps were very steep, so we entered and exited by the front door which wasn’t a problem. A family member with mobility issues was given a room on the main floor which wasn’t much appreciated as the stairs to the second floor are steep.

The owner & owner’s daughter were awesome & extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and sites to visit on our driving trip around Nova Scotia. For their service, inn location, friendliness, friendliness, and professionalism, I rate them a “10”.
If you prefer hot showers, I recommend you take morning showers since the hot water seems to run low later in the day. There seemed to be less hot water in the evening. At best, the water got lukewarm (or slightly on the cool temperature side) despite running the faucet a bit longer. This lowered my overall rating. If you like cold showers, then disregard this feedback.
