Location and charm were a 10/10. Guests were really nice. Never actually met any staff but did talk to the owner on the phone and he was super cool. Love the guest book and the stories in it.
I don’t really have anything negative to say other than I would have done something different with the bathroom fan (I’m picky because hvac is my livelihood) and the beds could have been a little better. That being said they both worked fine.

Location was great for what we wanted to do in Lubec
No housekeeping. Shampoo & conditioner offered in ketchup sized packets. Large bathroom, but incredibly small shower. Shower water alternated between scalding hot and ice cold with no where to go to get away from it.
