Great place to stay for the price.

The Hamptons was very clean, at a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants, and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again if I'm within the area for my next visit.

If I had to be picky then it's probably that my room had a sliding bathroom door that is shared with the closet door. Also the bathroom door doesn't have a lock.

Reasonably-priced stay in convenient location

Good and convenient location, near restaurants and close to the freeway. All the staff that helped us were friendly. Room seemed recently updated and was relatively spacious. Free self-parking was a bonus, especially for the area.

Bed was uncomfortable and I slept horribly the entire stay; it felt like the springs were just digging into my back. Asked for a mattress pad and the best they could do was an extra comforter — I think future customers with back issues like me would REALLY appreciate the option to add a topper. Sound insulation was really poor, especially between rooms. Could hear any amount of conversation and anytime people closed doors to leave. Breakfast pretty lackluster. We ended up not even bothering with it other than to grab fruit. Also not enough parking for all the guests when the lot is full.

Lovely stay at Hampton Inn!

The staff was great. They had breakfast and it was ok but I would recommend adding bacon or a meat other than turkey sausage. Husband and kids didn’t eat it but I did and it was decent.

Only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It is one of those showers that don’t detach and the water pressure was not good.

Clean and comfortable, becoming our\a favorite brand

Clean, so clean. Bright bathroom with all the supplies, but almost startled by the cleanliness. Although warned about construction, there was no noise at all. Large room, plenty of space for 2 suitcases and happy to see chairs for sitting. Convenient for walking to very good restaurants, both daytime and evening.

It's L.A. area, so walking is not encouraged by the culture and streets. To be expected.

Location and good breakfast.

Bathtub water wasn’t draining fast and floor of bath tub was cracked, 10 inch crack. When told staff about it they said they knew about it. (WTF?!?!?) front desk staff was unfriendly and when I ask to speak to the hotel manager, they made excuses to hide the manager from us. Next time I will consider a different hotel.

Cozy, sweet, clean and quiet !

Breakfast was great! Lots of options like cereal, a waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, juices, and warm eggs/ bacon etc that is slightly varied each day . Nice/ spacious! Nice clean bathroom, pillows / blankets were so nice/comfy. Love that there was a side door to the parking lot. The breakfast has a cute little indoor seating area! Love that breakfast is held for a good amount of hours. Abit pricey, but it was a comfy stay! My ONLY complaint was that there were not enough (shower) bathroom towels! Good amount of parking , loveeee how clean and bright the whole parking lot was at Night! Felt very safe to walk through, me and my guy walked at night across the street to BJs to have dinner (Soo good! High recommend ) would definitely go back to this hotel again :) don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s a very cute/cozy/spacious room! I loved how I could see my car from the window in the lot, and the warm lights on each side of the bed were cozy too! Plus the bed side tables had convenient strip outlets on the top of it so you could use them to plug in your phone & etc!! And the tv had plenty good options, like we watched my cousin Vinny , back to the future, and alittle big bang theory. Also loved how there was a microwave too! There’s a ton of little shops in the lot next to it and plenty of restaurants you can literally walk across the street to!!! <3 there was also nice closet space behind the full length mirror/ that was also the bathroom door! Would definitely go back again!

Just more towels in the bathroom :) and maybe better shampoo, but the conditioner made up for that! Body wash would’ve been nice or even soap, really, but eh, that’s on me for forgetting half my toiletries lmao….

The mattress on our bed was lumpy and whenever we rolled over on it you could hear the springs or something metallic. The pillows were also lumpy. For a Hilton property we were disappointed. Both myself and my husband came home with really bad backaches. Hopefully you are replacing your mattresses. I understand you are remodeling so try and put your clients into the new rooms.

Not what I expected

Room was smaller than usual Hampton locations. It was very basic. Television remote would only work if I was standing right in front the of the TV. Maintenance attempted to fix the issue but it was not resolved. The tv normally welcomes you as a guest but the entire stay said no guest in this room. Front entrance was small and in an awkward location. You were able to hear other guests in their rooms. I always stay in Hampton hotels wherever I travel and I must say this location was disappointing.

The location was great,many restaurants are so near by,Santa Anita Racetrack &Golf Course walking distance,the breakfast buffet at the hotel was great with many things to have.Pool was a good size with chairs all over.Walking distance to Arcadia Metro station.

It sucks how dirty it was b/c we’ve stayed at the palm spring location so we had high expectations.

Night staff was nice but morning check out lady was a bit rude. Breakfast was nice.

My bathroom was dirty. There was trash on the floor, the toilet had sticky purple stuff on it, the shower had hair in it. The floors looked like no one vacuum. Even the bathroom mirror looked dirty. We got there late and we were tired of traveling, I wasn’t able to take pictures and we left hella early in the morning.

Great place for a short stay!

The room was excellent and was exactly what I was looking for. The shower was great and was the perfect temperature. I especially loved the curtain for the window as most let light in and it bugs me but this one kept it dark so I could sleep.

I honestly can't think of anything as the area around was great the staff was great, the free breakfast was great as always. Everything met or exceeded my expectations!

Noisy. I was given a room on first floor. I asked for another for safety as I was staying alone. Said they could not accommodate me. My son’s room had a dog next door that barked anytime someone walked by. The halls were very noisy and hard to sleep. I realize I booked through a third party site, but it was not cheep and I felt they could have accommodated me. I was there three nights and my room was never cleaned.
