Great location: walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The hotel itself has a nice modern vibe and is always stocked up on hot coffee for those on the move. The breakfast really makes it worthwhile and the room service is very nice as well.

The room was good for the most part. I would suggest deep cleaning the carpets and the cloth chairs as it can seen it has not been deeply cleaned in some time.

Room key didn't work well, I asked to change twice, and one lady in the morning wasn't kind at all. She asked me to show my ID, but I was locked out after breakfast because key didn't work and all my stuffs were in the room. Anyway it was an unpleasant situation.

Love the location of this hotel. It's address is on a busy street but the building is tugged away from the street, yet it is within walking distance to many tea shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there when I am in the area again.

Room was nice, only thing is in room 205, the shower door does not open closest to the shower head and nozzle, therefore, in order to turn the shower on, you have to fully step in, resulting in getting hit with ice cold water, which is always unpleasant!
