I do not recommend staying here. Worse hotel ive ever stayed at. You are better off at Motel 6.

We booked here for the Rose Parade. Most other rooms in the area of Pasadena were booked out as early as October ( parade is Jan 1st). The hotel was close to the parade.

The hotel is filthy. The halls smell like urine. The cabinets in the room were delaminating. The sink in the bathroom would back up. The mattress on the pullout was full of stains and smelled bad.

Very disappointed don’t get catfished by this place it smells like an old Vegas casino .

The only thing I liked about this property is that I could find a parking spot.

Where do I begin… this building is nice on the outside but that is all. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was non smoking but the whole 3rd floor smells like a Vegas casino floor . I wanted to open a window in the hallway just to let some air thru.. Our room layout was horrible. We had a tv that faces the kitchen for some reason. Not the couch or the bed but the kitchen. Our toilet flushed as if it was not in the mood to be a toilet.. very weak flushing. Our tub looks like it’s just being painted over and the paint just keeps peeling off. It looks kinda nasty and makes you not want to shower. I had a single bed and I couldn’t get into bed from my side because the air unit is inbetween the little space from the bed to the wall .. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one left me disappointed. I feel like I got catfished. I couldn’t even get good WiFi on the 3rd floor it just kept going in and out and was very weak. I called the hotel across the street to see if I could use their WiFi . I feel like I got catfished . Just gave the vibe that all the upgrades this place could use are being misplaced. I would never return again .

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location was very convenient for where I needed to be.

Everything else! The wifi was awful. I spent about an hour on the phone with someone to get my wifi on, had it for about two minutes and then it went off again. I was there 4 days with no wifi. The carpets in the hallway had HUGE stains. My painting on my bathtub was all chipped off. It looked terrible. Felt old and dirty. The air conditioner made this SUPER LOUD buzzing sound and I could barely sleep. I asked for the kitchen utilities package and it had no coffee mugs. Really sub par.

Great location and friendly staff

The facilities definitely needs a lot of up grades. The tub paint is peeling and had a crack. The tub was not clean, it had a ring around the tub and hair. The bathroom sink had stains. The stove was so worn and not clean and the vent was missing the vent cover. Arcadia is a nice area and it's disappointing to see a hotel in such bad condition.

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THE STAFF THAT CHECKED ME IN ASKED FOR PROOF THAT MY DOG WAS A SERVICE ANIMAL AND BECAME INDIGNANT WHEN I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO ASK FOR PROOF THAT MY DOG WAS A SERVICE ANIMAL AND TOLD “ WELL HERE WE ASK FOR IT ANYWAY “

Extended Stay Monrovia, would definitely stay there again

Nice location, close to the 210, but with little to no highway noise. We were there for a music festival at the Rose Bowl, so the location was very convenient. That part of Monrovia/Arcadia offered a lot of great restaurant choices.

The only issue we encountered was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. It was about 3:45 and we’d been on the road nearly six hours. We went to a local pub type place and killed some time before we could check in. There is no restroom to use if you haven’t checked in. Thankfully the gal at the front desk let us use the staff restroom, which was nice.

Ok place for people who lost their homes-Eaton Fire. Not recommend to friends/co-workers.

The room had no kitchen supplies at at all. Could not get a stopper for the kitchen sink. Had to use hands go dig out materials that did not go down the drain. Web site said room cleaned every week. The location does it every two weeks. On going problems with my room key. Toilet plugged. They never came to fix it. I went home and got a plunger. Window leaked massively during a heavy rain storm. Has not been fixed for the next storm. Very few of the staff are friendly. It is a job, not a hospitality career. Grounds not maintained. Graffiti in elevators.

Smoke infested non-smoking hotel...

The local was great.

The first room and hallway had a nasty smoke odor. My clothes, hair and everything reeked of smoke. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I complained and was moved to a room across from housekeeping laundry, and a guy slammed the door every 5 minutes throughout the entire night. I called the front desk, and his first response was that I can't move you to another room. He said he would tell the employee to keep down the noise. Then, the slamming persisted and even got louder. I don't recommend staying at this hotel.
