rooms were large/clean/quiet
omg--the breakfast. Took forever (30 mins??) to be acknowledged after being seated. And at that had to wave down the staff. Coffee took another 15 mins to arrive. and then the yogurt another 20 mins... ridiculous... but i was hungry so didn't leave! should have

The property was nicely manicured, clean, beautifully designed. The amenities were great with 2 restaurants with a good variety of meals.
My 2 complaints are that the carpet in our room had a worn, sticky feeling and was quite dirty (it showed on the soles of or feet)
The king size bed was “tired” with a sinking-in-the-middle feeling. The frame was on metal casters that were exposed leaving us to bang out toes more than once.

The room was musty smelling, the carpets need to go. I reported the odour and was not offered another room
