Pillar and Post Inn & Spa

The Spa and the outdoor pool makes it a great stay

Beautiful property all the way around!

It was our anniversary- I requested flowers in the room (they were beautiful), I requested drinks and food ( they were there) a rose on the bed was a nice touch to the room- thanks! In then evening a visit by the attendant for more towels and another rose was a nice end to the day! The room was cleaned and tidied the next day, the staff were polite and wished us a good stay! We had 2 suppers and a breakfast on the dinning room - the meals were hot, delicious and the servers could not be any more accommodating! My wife had a manicure and pedicure , the girl who did her toes and hands hands picked out beautiful colors- like them a lot! I went to the gym ( you have great equipment) but had to request sanitizer for my hands and sanitizer to wipe the equipment down after use ( not a problem , it happens )! Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will come again!

Keep an eye on the gym sanitizer wipes and hand sanitizers

The staff was friendly and the hotel’s restaurant was great. Check-in/out process was smooth and easy. Property outside the hotel is beautiful.

The spa was cavernous and so crowded it was like a cattle call. There was nowhere for my daughter and I to sit in the lounge between services and the locker room was small and out dated. Our room was very outdated and in a bizarre location where the windows were actually looking out at the hallway, not outside. Everyone walking by our room could be heard easily. The room was clean, but very small and dark. The parking lot is also almost a block away from the hotel, which wasn’t ideal. Proximity to Picton/Queen St was decent. For the high price, we were very disappointed with the quality.
