Trailsman Lodge

The convenience to the Cabot Trail was great

Everything was good. I would suggest maybe sausage in the breakfast buffet and maybe baked beans. The turkey bacon was blah. Coffee was great! The internet/cable was off and on while we were there, not their fault but it would have been nice to know as we checked in. There were a couple families down the hall from us who had no idea they weren’t the only ones there, walking up and down the halls all evening, lots of noise and back at it again first thing in the morning. Not the Motel’s fault, just rude guests.

the view

Quiet, clean, comfortable ..long halls, complementary breakfast was good. Weather was cool and wet so we did not use any outdoor facilitties, but they looked inviting. Lake side was closed. Ice was a hike, but the corridor microwave was fun.

Location, availability, big breakfast, bed was comfortable, price was reasonable the view and small balcony was nice. Available pool was nice feature but we had no time to enjoy. View from Breakfast area.was.pretty.

There was a big stain and the bed comforter. Everything seems clean, but stains are always a distraction. There were food crumbs on the floor, so that was unimpressive. Just a little more conscientiousness would have been nice . Breakfast was big, but the pancake machine produced undercooked pancakes and the "bacon" was an unidentifiable meat. Still not bad o really and lots of selection, which was nice.
