    The hotel representatives kept me on hold for 4 hours. Not answering the phone/ rejecting calls… even one time answered and then hung up on me…we called the hotel almost 25 times just to speak to someone. Worst experience ever!!!! He was talking fast, constantly saying hold on , putting us on hold and unfriendly I believe his name was John the whole process was rushed and I frequently come to this hotel for vacation… won’t be back no time soon!

    Our overall experience was good. Their one-bedroom suite has more than enough space for a family of three. Breakfast is also included.

    Me & my family book for one night & that one night is terrible. The toilet bowl seat cover had a problem with the screw &!a few times when we used it me & the rest of the family almost fell from the seat b/c once you seat down it will slide & misaligned. & everytime you flush the water , the water keep on running & in able to stop it. You need to open the water tank & adjust the fill valve all the time everytime after you use it , otherwise it’s very noisy. At night sometimes if one member of the family forgot to adjust the valve you cannot sleep b/c of the noise of the running water. So you will get up all the time to adjust it. It’s terrible all of us does not have a good sleep that night. I thought we can relax. Moreover, I booked for 4 people (my family) & the coffee cup and coffee are two only. So I need to go down & request for another two of those. Re: staff member at the reception by the time that we arrived are very polite & nice.
