The front desk employee was rude af. The first time my husband and I arrived, it was great but then and I recommended my parents to go here and they were very disappointed by how they were treated by staff.

The staff was great, but we had just a few minor concerns. We could not get hot water from the sink in the bathroom, and were told to hold the handle in the middle, but it did not help. Also one bulb was flickering until it finally went out (but they cannot be aware of the time that bulbs will go out).

There was no breakfast, the ice machine on 3 floor were out of order. The description was a hoax very very disappointed
