    Arrived quite late at night, but the front desk still got me checked in and settled into my room smoothly with no issues — really appreciated that. The breakfast area is more like a canteen (no windows, pretty basic setting), but the food itself was genuinely good, so it more than made up for the atmosphere. There are also a handful of shops and restaurants within walking distance, not a ton of options but enough to be convenient. Great location if you need to be close to the airport, especially for business trips where you're flying out early the next morning. Just note that access to downtown Chicago isn't great, so this is more of a functional stopover than a base for exploring the city. Overall a comfortable, reliable stay for what it's meant for.
