The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was also a nice bonus.
I requested connecting rooms or rooms close together when I made the reservation, but unfortunately that request was not fulfilled. The location was also a little farther from some of the places we wanted to visit, but overall we still had a pleasant stay.

Staff was super nice and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tastier than expected, I enjoyed the eggs with cheese. Location is good if you are trying to get to O'Hare.

Breakfast was very good the room was clean and easy access to shopping center
We stay 3 Nights and the first night they put us on room 160 which we didn’t liked because the AC was loud and next to the ice machine the bed wasn’t comfortable but we talk to receptionist and she was very nice and move us to room 314 which was a lot better and nice bed the next 2 nights we loved it Thanks

The location was great for our event. Room was nice and clean.
There weren't enough towels in the room. When asked to have some sent, I was told none are available and not sure when they will be available.
