Friendly and welcoming staff, clean, and easy to access.
The pillows were too soft, but that's more of a preference and not a reflection on the hotel.

Location was great. Parking lot was safe. Lobby was cozy and coffee or tea/hot chocolate was accessible 24 hours. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom was large and had great lighting as well as a fan and nice shower. The shampoo, shower gel and lotion provided were wonderful. The pool area and fitness room were both enjoyable.

The location was great for our event. Room was nice and clean.
There weren't enough towels in the room. When asked to have some sent, I was told none are available and not sure when they will be available.
