everything was wonderful everyone we talked to or met in the halls were so very nice .The breakfast was great.Very nice rooms,very large and clean.Love the little snack area was really nice.The bar was cute and very nice bartender,very helpful .
the only thing was I took my niece to go swimming the pool was beautiful water so nice and blue,but it was so cold.I did report it to a few people we did try over and over again but we couldn't go in for more then 10 minutes .

The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was large and comfy.The breakfast had a good variety and I was impressed they had almond milk for cereal. The location was close to everything so very convenient. All of the boxes were checked here.
Minor thing, no can liner in trash cans when we got to the room and the shower took a minute to warm up.

6th floor was quite!
The flooring in the room were nasty along with the hallways, stains everywhere!
Morning checkout lady was very rude and undermining towards me when she couldn’t produce a paper receipt, said her machine wasn’t working it will be a minute.
Made me wait 5 minutes while she did absolutely nothing and told me Sir you booked third party I can’t give you a printed receipt!
