They refused to refund me my $75 deposit due to me getting my period unknowingly on their sheet. It was a bed sheet. They justify the size of a quarter stain $75 worth. I tried to speak with them. They are unreasonable. On top of that their elevator does not work. Their consolation for that was take a free pop from the fridge. At first they wanted a $100 deposit. I had just been there and said when did this policy change. When I said I only had $75 they immediately said ok without hesitation. I’m glad I didn’t pay the $100 or I would be out $100 over a period stain
