My husband and I had an awesome stay in Chicago celebrating our anniversary. The hotel was close to everything and plenty of nice restaurants close by.

Too Far from Schaumburg Convention Center to walk, sidewalks were under construction. Car needed. Front desk clerk said it was within .4 mile walk to convention center. When consulted google maps it was 1.9 miles by auto. Hotel transport not available to anywhere. Limited restaurant facilities in hotel.
Wake up calls never honored all three days. Front Desk staff was not friendly or helpful, cared less if you stayed at hotel.
