location was great,Restaurants are close by, gigantic pool excellent breakfast and a really nice coffee machine able to make cappuccino, espresso etc nice comfortable rooms

the carts to bring our luggage- they had two.
The pool was broken. Super cold - not heated
The entire week was cold and my kids and I couldn’t swim. They say fixed and next day out of order for same issue again.

Generally a very nice place.
WiFi issues and noisy room next door woke me up at 1:30am and had to tell the front desk. Would be better to train the managers and those in charge on how to reset the WiFi system.

Bedding and pillows comfy.
Cleanliness exceptional.
Breakfast very good.
Staff were wonderful and respectful.
Way too noisy. You could hear people next to you and above you walking, talking, just loud and having a heck of a time.
Bathroom toilets need to be updated to higher toilets. They are great for children but not adults.
