    I thought the breakfast included? But it’s not! And the pools aren’t open during our stay! I would wish to knowing that before I booked

    Holiday Inn offers the perfect stay for people with an early flight leaving out of MHT, reasonable rates, comfortable, helpful, pleasant staff, and a very convenient shuttle service to the airport. We plan to use this hotel again in the future.

    We stayed 3 nights 2 rooms and the staff messed up our billing. We originally booked 2 nights 2 rooms and billing was messed up even had to call us down hours after check in. Then we went down to book another night and that too was messed up called downstairs again which took more then 45 min to fix which was even admitted their fault but no credit or free night given. We checked out Friday at 10am and the following day they charged us 25.16 then another 160 which we don't understand we paid the deposit for the rooms and still waiting on credit and for manager to get back to us on why the money was taken out or anything. Staff member said manager would call back when she got in which hasn't happen. She didn't even know how to fix error with the staff checking us in with the money we already paid online or the money we paid for the 3rd night. Very frustrating and disappointment. No apologies just only excuses. Well their excuses just say and prove the staff including manager needs more training and communication skills. The employees tried but the manager was very rude and tone of voice was very rude and just pointed blame and talked over us and it was extremely unsettling. So thanks to her for ruining our stay. That's why we left Friday instead of Sunday. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
