We stayed just after the Hotel changed ownership. I requested a place with free breakfast which I got in my 3rd party booking confirmation. The new Hotel however did not provide free breakfast (overlap on Agodaś part) However the hotel called Agoda and they took care of it for us so the BEST buffet breakfast
I´ve ever had was complimentary instead of costing us an extra $60 The hotel also upgraded our room to a suite so we could close the door to the beds when the kids went to sleep and still hang out for a bit. They heard NOTHING. Oh.. and the rooms were very nice as well (missed a french fry when vacuuming but it was just a fry) We didn´´t have time to use any of the other amenities, but they seemed very clean and well maintained

The only reason some items are not 5 stars is because the hotel is undergoing renovation. They put us on the top floor, and the newly refurbished room was very nice. Because the first floor was undergoing renovation, there was dust and a downsized breakfast bar. The staff was great.

This place is completely under construction - zero amenities available. When we spoke to the manager she just blamed it on the “third party” that we used to book the room for not informing us about the renovation. When we first checked in the water was running heavy with rust until it bled out after 20 minutes. When we mentioned it they said the pump was down for “six hours” earlier that day - They also didn’t mention that at check-in. Shame on the third party for not keeping their listings updated AND this hotel for not just shutting down or submitting to full transparency. Won’t be using either party again.
