room was nice, clean. lighting was a bit odd, but the heat worked pretty well

bathroom - shower floor was slippery, and there was virtually no water pressure! also, I had set an alarm, which went off while I was in the shower. I got out to shut it off, and when I went to get back in the shower the door moved followed by the towel I was standing on (tile floor) which resulted in my landing on the floor. thankfully despite brief pain to a toe and a knee, I was otherwise fine. I had intended to follow up with a staff member, but due to my plans that day I did not get a chance to do so.

The staff was kind and welcoming. The size of the room was great.

The room above us was quite loud very late at night.

We booked a day earlier than we traveled and stayed a day later since we thought we were 13-15, not 12-14 and no one mentioned we had arrived late or stayed a day later. The extra night charge was much higher. This is mostly booking.com's fault as they changed the dates I had put in between page changes.
