Hotel Lützow

The hotel is located in a nice and safe area with good transport connections. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the bathroom was also very clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also tried the breakfast buffet, which was rich and offered a wide variety of options. Considering the selection and quality, it was definitely worth the price. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

There was nothing significant to complain about. The only downside was that accommodation prices were much higher than usual during our stay because of a festival taking place in Berlin. However, this was not specific to the hotel, as prices were generally higher across the city.

Excellent location, close to bus station and Mitte, quiet neighbourhood. The staff was great and helpful, breakfast very diverse and delicious. Clean rooms and comfy beds. All in all, good value for money!

One single remark, during hot days, rooms tend to warm up, so an AC would have been usefull...for May-June timeframe, the fan we had in the room was doing its job.

The room was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet and the curtains blocked the light. There was a little table with a chair, and a kettle and small sink. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was a moderate-sized buffet. Location was good with public transport a short walk away and nice restaurants nearby. Overall the hotel was very reasonably priced for being so nice.

The shower was a bit small and had a curtain instead of a door, but it was useable. The room only had a few small lights so was quite dim at night.

The room was clean. Some practical features. In the morning sun on the room, then it was hot. But in the afternoon no sun on the windows and better temperature. Good for the evening. Cooling by opening the window, no aircon. The location of the hotel was good. Not close to the center but to other things.

However the toilet kept flushing the first night. Not so clear why. But could turn off the water, which also turned off the water of the taps. The fridge was another problem. Very noisy motor. So also the turned off the fridge in the night. The public transport in Berlin is a problem when you want to go from the southern part of the city where the hotel is to then northern part of the city where the main train station is.
