the staff helped us with an issue that we had i the room, they were very nice and trying ti improve the passanger expirience.
the beach was so dirty that we couldn't use it, maybe when you are making the reservation, they should warn you about it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We chose a unit with 2 bedrooms, but only one bathroom. Pool was overcroweded, suggest getting rid of the paid chairs that nobody uses.

The room and the pool were nice. The shuttle was very convenient and always on time. The staff was excellent and accommodating. Everything was easy and lovely. We didn't eat at the restaurant except for a to-go dessert and honestly the chocolate cake was a real highlight of our whole trip!
The onsite gym could be better - it didn't have a range of free weights that were appropriate for someone smaller. They are missing everything between 5 and 20lb. Very male-centered.

All facilities as expected.
I originally booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, but had to change my booking to 2 rooms for 2 nights because of family flight arrangements. I have confirmation of this change. However, the hotel indicated they were not informed of the change so they charged me for the extra night. I need to get this refunded from Booking.com.
