The location was excellent! There was a grocery store right around the corner. Most everything else was in walking distance. The pool area was very nice and pool towels were provided. The actual property is quite old and not everything worked properly. The kitchen is very small and barely adequate. The refrigerator was too small and didn't get cold enough. The grill was clean and in good shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only really good thing about this unit is the location. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance and quiet too. The pool is a nice amenity, but definitely needs some work done along with the patio. It could be a lot nicer. The maintenance crew was there every day blowing off leaves, etc. and testing the ph levels in the pool. I wish as much care was taken on the inside. The unit was pretty clean, but the kitchen countertop is peeling off in 2-3 areas, the dishwasher is broken (and looks like it’s been that way since May), air conditioning units need cleaned or filter changed (very dirty), and the flooring in all the bathrooms needs replaced (feels like it’s ready to cave in when you walk on it, not sure what the problem is, maybe leaking underneath flooring?). The unit definitely needs some work done. We were not happy with the condition of the unit and you can’t tell this from the pictures online.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Location was great! Close to Duval Street! CONS: Pictures are deceiving, did not depict the actual place when we arrived. AC did not work in Bimini suite, pool area was very dirty. Parking was a problem - first come first parking spot but continuously getting called or having to call to move cars (nothing can be done about that so just need to be prepared for that). Very dated and really needs a deep cleaning of rugs and furniture. Floors also felt like they had been flooded and warped.I loved the location but do not think I would book again. Place is definitely for younger partiers that just need a place to crash and don’t care about their surroundings or comfort.

The pictures make it look nicer than it is. It fit our needs and was close enough to Duval and other highlights that we never needed to drive. However, parking was a pain (not guaranteed a spot and it's only a single driveway so you'll either be parked in or have to move your vehicle for others to leave). We had six adults and could only park one car in the driveway. There is a public lot very close to the house but it cost 50/day and our car was sideswiped.Our place wasn't dirty, but it wasn't really clean. The a/c worked ok for us, but I can see how it would struggle to keep up during summer months.The two bathrooms that had shower curtains were not long enough. It's like they bought a single shower curtain for a normal sized shower. If it was pulled closed on one end, the other end was open/big gap. We came home in the middle of the day to refresh and there was a huge puddle in one of ours rooms and clothes were soaked. We called the maintenance number and someone showed up quickly and told us, "it's from the people upstairs showering, they probably didn't pull the shower curtain closed. This happened last time - it's a known issue". Luckily it did not ruin any items and missed the bed. But maybe get shower curtains that fit to help the issue?Also really weird, there were two knives that were sitting outside in the pool area the whole time we were there. A steak knife sitting on the top of the gate and a filter knife in a sheath sitting on a bench by the pool.

We travel every year to KW in the Fall and have stayed in a variety of places. This is our favorite place so far. Perfect size for our group of 6 and located near everywhere we like to hang out. We don’t stay in our units a lot because we are out and about most of the day and evening but this was a great place to return to after breakfast or at the end of a long active day. The unit had everything we needed, was comfortable and had no issues keeping the place cool in the evenings. Management was super responsive and easy to work with. We had a great stay and would love to stay here again!

Great 3bed/3bath stay with pool and walking distance to Duval St. Bedrooms were cool with window AC units but AC struggled to keep main living area cool and refrigerator just didn't cool (freezer worked fine). Overall, great place but needs a new refrigerator and maintenance on AC unit.

Perfect location, perfect size, was a little worried about the parking situation but turned out to be a non-issue. For a multi unit rental it felt very private. If I had to give it just one small criticism it would be that there was a slight musty odor to the home that I suppose should be expected given the age of the building. Beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow if you don't like a hard pillow.

Within minutes of Duval street and you can walk to pretty much everything. Only issue we found is the central A/C doesn’t work and they have installed window units for each room. Issue with that is the common area gets very hot if all the doors are shut. Other than that blemish. This is a nice location with a pool with great customer service.

This house is in a great location within short walking distance to Duval St and grocery store and restaurants right on the corner. There are multiple units in this home that share the pool and we stayed in the one that faces and walks right out to it (The Bimini Suite). Comfortable rooms and overall nice place to stay. The only thing to note is that the fridge really didn’t get very cold at all so everything was lukewarm. Otherwise, perfect place for our girl’s trip!

The property is listed for $6M and we were in the Bimini suite. It’s worn out and not maintained. Towels and sheets are in a shed near trash cans. Very unsanitary especially if they keep claiming it’s humid. It was extremely hot in the suite and they controlled the temp remotely. Only room that was cool had the window unit. Should have them in other beds/living area. We couldn’t get into the suite (code wasn’t working.) Maintenance had to come out as soon as we arrived. None of the pool furniture was usable as the cushions were cheap and maintained water. Very filthy overall (Marlboro cig pack was next to pool.) Wouldn’t recommend or return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the large upper unit 3 years ago and that experience brought me back. However, this year I rented the large lower section and was unimpressed. The stovetop elements are falling out and dont work properly and several layers of improperly installed floooring make the stove/oven lean severly towards the rear making it difficult to cook. The flooring is severly cracked in the main bedroom and the tub is cracked in the other bedroom - both issues related to structural problems with the building. The pool and location were great, but for $1000/night I expected better maintenance. The building is for sale, so I would not expect any investment towards fixing these issues. I will be looking elsewhere for future visits.
