Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.
RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM

No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

We come to Key West twice a year and this was hands down the best location! The pool was wonderful and having a table in the pool was great so we could play cards:)

The Positives: The location is excellent, situated right near Duval Street, making it very convenient for exploring the local area. The Layout: Contrary to the advertisement, the property is communal. The Amenities: The kitchen setup is extremely limited, with no oven, no dishwasher, and a very small sink that makes washing up difficult. The Essentials: Only one set of towels is provided per person, necessitating frequent laundry during the stay. The Atmosphere: Noise insulation is poor; heavy foot traffic from the unit above at 4:00 AM significantly disrupted sleep. The Requirements: Despite the lack of convenience features, guests are still expected to clean and take out the garbage prior to the cleaners' arrival.
