très belle maison , bien située, agréable, bien agencée,tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable , seul bémol travaux à coté, avons subi durant une semaine marteau piqueur et ème semaine scie , marteau, disqueuse, dommage de subir ça en pleine saison estivale, à refaire sans ce désagrément

Nous avons aimé cette maison offrant des terrasses sur le port et sur le canal. La maison est bien équipée, claire . Elle est bien située par rapport au centre et à la plage. Pas de problème de stationnement. Je recommande !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Mr SAUZY du 23 juillet au 30juillet 2016. Le propriétaire est sympathique et nous avons pu emmener notre petit chien (qui ne fait aucunes bêtises) avec son accord préalable. La location est à proximité des magasins,plage restauration tout en étant calme. La propreté du logement était correcte. Tout le nécessaire dans la maison,machine à laver,lave vaisselle.... Je recommande cette location aux tarifs abordables pour un séjour sur Empuribrava. Une balade à bateau sur le canal est très sympatique à faire ,attention néanmoins aux pièges à touristes,en effet après avoir interroger certains loueurs sur leurs tarifs d'un jour à l'autres ceux-ci changeaient "à la tête du client" !!! Le loueur le plus proche de la location est le plus sérieux ces tarifs ne changent pas du jour au lendemain,je recommande.
