Modern house facing south, comfortable furnishings. On the ground floor is an open kitchen open to living room, large bay window overlooking a terrace of 100 m2, private pool, overlooking the main canals of Empuriabrava.(air conditioning). a toilet.

Well positioned and equipped modern house on one of the main canals in Empuriabrava. Spacious accommodation with sunny external area at the rear overlooking the canal to enjoy the passing boats and secure parking to the front. The small pool came in very handy to cool off!Only minor criticisms being rather uncomfortable sun beds (for us more mature folk) with lack of parasols and poor guest Wi-Fi only really effective in lounge/kitchen. Also beware cost of cleaning and bedding extra payable on arrival in cash.Overall we had a great time and would return.

We had an amazing stay at Kathy’s villa! Right on the main canal in vibrant Empuriabrava, we loved watching the boats drift by. The villa was exactly as described and spotlessly clean when we arrived. Kathy’s communication was top-notch and super speedy. Check-in and check-out were smooth as can be — couldn’t have been easier!

This place has everything you need to have a very pleasant vacation. The swimming pool is perfect for kids and it is possible to fish next to the house. The owner was kind.
