About this villa rental
A beautiful, south-facing, detached villa offering 220 m² of living space for 10–12 guests, quietly situated near the town center. The villa features tasteful designer furnishings, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and Wi-Fi.
The ground floor comprises a spacious living/dining area (over 50 m²) with a large dining table; a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style fridge and dishwasher; two sofas (one converting into a 140 cm wide double sofa bed); a large flat-screen Smart TV (digital terrestrial and international channels); and a separate bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub. A laundry area with a washing machine and a drying yard is also provided.
Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms: an air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and an air-conditioned suite featuring a king-size bed (180 cm)—formed by two single beds pushed together—and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, there are three air-conditioned suites. Each suite includes a king-size bed (two single beds pushed together) and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The spacious master suite features a large flat-screen TV (with digital terrestrial and international channels) and a magnificent south-facing balcony.
Outside, a 25 m² covered terrace awaits, equipped with two large tables and a second refrigerator. A spa area featuring a large hot tub and an adjoining bathroom is also at your disposal.
The outdoor area further offers a sunny 7 x 3 m swimming pool—complete with hydro-massage jets and a waterfall—as well as six sun loungers. The pool is heated from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The 11 kW heat pump activates when the temperature drops below 28°C, though this depends on weather conditions. We achieve a temperature increase of approximately eight to ten degrees above the day's average outdoor temperature.
Enjoy the Weber charcoal grill on the covered terrace. The villa is enclosed and offers parking space for one or two cars.
We would be happy to arrange babysitting, cleaning services, and ironing assistance for you during your stay.
* Arrival & departure day: SATURDAY *
Location to the beach and center: 650m, approx. 10/15 min. walking distance.
We will provide all tourist information you will need in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible !

Beautiful villa, with lovely pool which we enjoyed using daily. There is a Lidl supermarket about 5 mins drive away which is very handy and to get to all the restaurants its an easy 10 minute walk. There is a hot tub at the villa too, which we didn't use. The villa had air-conditioning in every room which was wonderful on those warm nights. We were all very happy with our stay here. Thank you for having us

We had a wonderful time here, so quiet and relaxing. There are 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, which is fine as there were just 4 of us staying but it may feel a bit cramped if all bedrooms were occupied. One of the doors could not be locked so you had to bring down the shutter and it was a bit difficult trying to work out how the cooker worked so some kind of instructions would have been helpful. For the money that we paid it was a great experience.

We enjoyed a 2-week stay in the villa with our 4-year old daughter. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities that you would expect. The pool is great (especially with the jetstreams). Also great for children since the pool is not deep. The villa is within walking distance from the beach and the bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed trips to Cap de Creus, Cadaques, Girona, Roses, Llanca and more. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone (except children smaller than 4 years old due to the non-gated pool)! Thank you for facilitating a great holiday!
