Beautiful place, beautiful people!!!

Fantastic location near the beach. No need to use the car to arrive there. Air conditioner in a good position to refresh all the apartment.

It's an old apartment without elevator, but for this price it's ok.

fair stay for the fair price. Location is great. Hosts are superb. They remain professional even if guests are not. (not me haha) I observed how they handle problematic people and how they dissolve difficult situations. Top marks for them. Also if you report fault - its being repaired in a flash! Cleaning ladies are super nice. There are some animators keeping kids and willing adults entertained. Bar/restaurant on site - I would say again fair priced and good value for money. Italian coffee maker is a nice addition. I call it fair stay base if you have family and have plans to travel around (or just stay on the beach)

Apartments need a bit of refreshing and a help with handyman at relatively cheap cost. Ours had few leaks (fixed promptly though) Some basic equipment was missing such as kettle. Also it would be worth ensuring that if 6 guests are staying kitchen is supplied with six sets of everything needed. Forks, spoons, cups, glasses etc. and everything is in working order prior gusts arrival Bathroom could use some basic shelving towel hooks etc. more hangers in wardrobes. If you are easy going person those are nuisance factors as you will get round it, but some people still think they are royals because they paid the price( if you know what i mean :) Swimming pools need a bit more crowd control and promoting shower before entering. (more signs and gentle reminders maybe?) Also maybe 2 more showers per pool in tip top condition. It helps a lot to maintain quality of the water and reduces cost and chemical use... Its honest feedback not a rant or having a go! those little things will improve overall experience (especially for royals haha :) )

It was very conveniently located and the room was spacious.

The beds were so uncomfortable, like sleeping on a trampoline. There were so many small things wrong with the room : the toilet handle broke immediately after one flush, there were rips in the blackout curtains, a plug hanging out of its socket, the oven hood thing wouldn't stay open etc etc. They came and fixed the toilet handle immediately. The staff was excellent, it's not their fault that the installations are so old. There was A LOT of construction work everywhere, the noise of the workers and their machines kind of ruined the vacation vibe. Also the rooms are VERY POORLY SOUNDPROOFED. One worker was painting the room next to ours and we could hear everything. I can't imagine how it must be when all the rooms are full. There was no dish soap or sponge to wash the dishes with, but everything else was provided (sheets, towels and even cloth napkins). Basically, if you can find something similar for a few euros more, then you should go there.
