Tres bon emplacement beaucoup de commerces et restaurants aux alentours ville très vivante
Les ballons dans la piscine. Malgré l interdiction affichée sur les panneaux les gens jouent beaucoup au ballon dans la piscine et aucun rappel à l ordre de la part du personnel

Bonne situation par rapport à la plage et au centre dEmpuria
Pas d'ascenseur pour les étages (non précisé lors de la résa). Nous avons donc pu changer d'appartement et pu accéder à un rez-de-chaussée (côté jardin!!!! donnant sur un terrain vague ! Equipement de la cuisine nul!!! (micro onde d'un autre âge, pas de cafetière, pas de grille pain, pas de poêle pour la cuisine, couverts insuffisants plaque pr cuisiner minimaliste
